	Closer View of Porcupine Work Pink Butterfly Porcupine Quill Pin Butterfly Barrette (Lepidoptera) This barrette pin is hand made from porcupine quills, 4mm Swarovski Crystal Bi-cone Beads, white rice, round and tear-drop bead and size 10 seed beads. It has a felt backing with a standard size barrette clip. You can specify color patterns of your liking. An additional 2-5 days is required for custom orders. Approx. Club-Tailed Dragonfly (Gomphus Vulgatissimus) My first attempt at a specific dragonfly. I tried to stay within the colors that nature has adorn this beautiful creature with. You may of course choose a color pattern of your own liking. The barrette is hand-made from porcupine quills, seed, Bugle, rice and disc beads, and 6mm Tiger-Eye gem stones. The seed beads are size 11. The original design color of a light burnished brown seed bead compliments this insects natural color. It has a felt backing with standard size barrette clip. You'll find this to be a very unique barrette. I would also welcome the challenge of creaing another specific dragonfly that you might have in mind. Common Skimmer Dragonfly (Libellula Depressa) At the request of a friend, this was my second attempt at a specific dragonfly species. This barrette is hand-made from porcupine quills, Bugle, size 11 seed beads, 4mm red tiger-eye and 6mm Tiger-Eye gem stones. It has a felt backing with medium size barrette clip. Approx. 	On Silver Bead Beaded Porcupine Fish on Birch Bark This barrette is hand-made from porcupine quills, size 11 delica beads, bugle beads, semi-precious gem ships, various colors of sequins and fresh water pearl. Materials on this barrette are sewn onto birch bark. It can also be done with out birch bark back ground. See samples below. It has a felt backing with a standard size barrette clip. Approx. The patterns are all hand-sewn using the materials described above. Quills are from road-kill animals. I will call for more information regarding colors for borders around the barrette and inside the design and birch bark color. Many varieties to choose from.
